REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to enjoy your sessions with Luna Sue which is why we have put this refund policy in place. Within the first five minutes of your session with Luna Sue by phone or online chat if you or she feels there is no connection or there is a clash of energy or you or she feels uncomfortable then you or Luna Sue may verbally on the phone or type out if on online chat that you wish for the session to end.  In such very rare cases we will refund your payment through Paypal minus the 5 minutes used and your refund will be subject to availability per the Paypal website.  We further ask that in the event of a refund that you cease all contact with Luna Sue in the future.  We sincerely hope you find a psychic advisor better suited to you.

 

Once minutes have been used a refund is not possible.
